Thanks for your interest in serving with the Youth Ministry Adult Team at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Hermosa Beach!

We’re excited you’re considering joining us in guiding and supporting our young people in faith. This application is for adults (age 18 and older, and no longer in high school) who wish to be part of our Adult Team for the 2025-26 Confirmation and Youth Ministry year.

Completing this online form is the first step in the application process. After you submit it, our Youth Minister will reach out to schedule an interview and discuss how your gifts might fit into this important ministry.
