Guadalupe Youth Ministry (GYM for short) is a teen discipleship ministry designed to help those in High School Discover the teaching of Jesus Christ, Follow His way, and Share their faith with others. This ministry is open to all HS teens seeking the answers to the big questions they have in life.
Discover - provides small discipleship groups that meet on Sunday mornings or late afternoons, as well as many other events focused on growing in our faith, exploring what it means to be a Christian, serving those around us, and building community & long lasting friendships.

We are moving away from the traditional "Confirmation Program" model and working to create a youth ministry where teens, throughout their entire high school experience, can have their spiritual needs met through small discipleship groups led by Spiritual Mentors to help guide each individual to explore who God really is, grow in their faith, and discern their true calling in life.

The annual $250 fee for GYM Discover teens cover the cost of the retreats, GYM nights, and other ministry expenses. Scholarships are available to families that requests financial assistance. Please do not let the cost deter you from participation. We stand willing and ready to work with each family to ensure every teen has the opportunity to grow in their faith.

If you and your teen are interested in preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation - the Discover year will fulfill the first step of this Sacrament. Additional information will be provided at the parent orientation in September.
